Mattress Care Instructions (Do’s & Don’ts)
Handling & Setup
Do not bend, fold, roll, or compress the mattress. This can damage internal layers and edge structure.
Carry flat using 2–4 people. Lift from the base; avoid pulling by the fabric.
Do not drag on floors or stairs—this can tear stitching and piping.
Place on a flat, rigid, well-supported surface (platform, solid base, or slats with even support).
If using slats, keep them close-spaced and level to prevent sagging.
Ensure the bed frame is the correct size (no overhang or gaps).
Protection & Hygiene
Use a breathable waterproof mattress protector from Day 1.
Keep the mattress dry and well-ventilated. Avoid damp rooms and direct moisture.
Allow fresh air circulation around the base (especially if using a storage bed).
Cleaning
Spot clean only. Use a clean cloth with mild soap and cold/room-temperature water.
Do not soak the mattress or use strong chemicals, bleach, solvents, or steam cleaners.
For odour: sprinkle baking soda, leave 2–4 hours, then vacuum with upholstery attachment.
Do not machine wash any fixed cover.
Usage Guidelines
Rotate 180° (head-to-foot) every 1–2 months for the first 6 months, then every 3 months.
Do not jump or stand on the mattress; this can damage foam and spring integrity.
Avoid concentrated loads (e.g., sitting on the edge for long periods).
Heat & Environmental Caution
Keep away from open flames and high heat sources (heaters, direct sun for long hours).
Do not use electric blankets/heated pads unless the product label explicitly allows it.
Warranty-Safe Use (Important)
Do not remove law labels or stitch tags.
Using the mattress on an improper base (uneven, broken slats, sagging frame) may void warranty.
Visible stains from spills/fluids may void warranty—protector is recommended.
No Refunds, No Returns, No Cancellations:
Absolute policy: All sales are final; no refunds, no partial refunds, no returns, no exchanges, for any Product and for any reason. All products are custom made and is not returnable.
No cancellation: Once Order Confirmation is issued, the order cannot be cancelled/reversed/withdrawn, and the Customer remains liable for the full price.
No chargebacks: The Customer shall not initiate chargebacks/payment reversals; disputes must be raised in writing while all payment obligations continue in full.
